A plant was established in May 2018 in the Pinnan Industrial Park, Fangliao Township, Pingtung County. Its main business items are the smelting, manufacturing, and wholesale of tungsten and cobalt metals. It is Taiwan's first company to use the concept of “circular resources” to recover recycled cemented carbides into tungsten and cobalt metal raw materials. Its current main products are sodium tungstate (Na2WO4) and related products.
Major customers include manufacturers of metal consumer products and traders of metal raw materials. Its global customers cover countries including the United States, Israel, Austria, Vietnam, and Japan, and it obtained UL 2809 and BS 8001 certifications in 2023.
