There is no shortage of such professionals in the domestic market, and in the future, the company will continue to enrich its list of potential directors through the industry and academic circles.

Employees at the associate manager level and above are considered key management executives in the company. Each executive has an appointed deputy. To foster the development of key management executives and their deputies, the company regularly organizes both internal and external training programs to enhance executives' judgment, management skills, and decision-making quality.
Additionally, each department has experienced senior personnel who are capable of taking on future leadership responsibilities, ensuring a wide pool of talent for succession. This also increases the company's flexibility in talent utilization. The company also employs a performance evaluation system to assess and review potential future successors, preparing high-quality human resources necessary for the company's long-term development.
